Link? Only report I see is from 2013. Not that people shouldn't vaccinate though...

Correct, but it is the thought that counts.

Thoughts based on true facts count. True, entirely true, purely true.

Agee years back by gf's 2 dogs and mine contracted parvo with no other reports. Mine was the only one that survived and that was not a cheap bill.

My griff puppy got her second set of shots on the 1st. Just out of curiosity what are the symptoms of parvo?

    Bloody diarrhea (often severe)
    Fever.
    Lethargy (lack of energy)
    Loss of appetite.
    Malaise (discomfort associated with illness)
    Rapid weight loss.
    Vomiting.

I never expos my pups to other dogs(except my own) or take them to public areas frequented by other dogs until they have had at least their second shot.

It's fast acting. Both of her dogs died within maybe 18hours of the first sign.

When my dog threw up the first time while driving somewhere, I aborted whatever I was doing and went straight to a vet that provides round the clock care. 3 days of hydration and whatever else and I had him back. I guess it was more like 6-7-8 years ago but I remeber it like yesterday. He's gone now, kidney failure 3 years ago.

How long is the incubation period, Jim?
