Got 5 15 c for bear and 6 20 for sheep. Should be a fun spring.
I pulled a grizz, not bad for my first LEH entry
Yeehaaa 7-23 A grizzly for me, got chased last year by 3 of them there, too bad not in season at the time
FYI, received a "form email" today, part of which states:
"Please note that this email is not official LEH Authorization documentation. If you were successful in the LEH draw, you will receive your LEH Authorization package by mail in 1 to 3 weeks"
Just checking out 3-42 and 3-37 a bit more on google earth... Tum Tum river valley from Tum Tum lake to Adams is about 67km long, and 6km wide.. roughly. Granted there are only a few main access points, but we should be able to sneak away from the crowds from time to time I hope. LOL. There were 20 tentative authorizations.. so might be a few hunters around, as well a black bear chasers, but probably won't be like Tunkwa in October.
Hopefully they'll have the main tum-tum road repaired this spring. Access will be limited depending on snow melt anyway.
Sheep in 620A for me. If anybody is in that same area looking for a +1 give me a buzz.
Congrats to everybody who got theirs!
