Ice Fishing for Rainbow trout

What lures/bait do you folks use? I have had success using GlowHooks with shrimp but I have also heard a gold spoon or white tube jig works great.

I just use a flasher then about 10 to 12 inches of leader with a shrimp on a plain hook
