I never hold my breath on when results are in but I would assume before mid March

No they are just trying to get one bear harvested that is why its so high and I have hunted this area many times in last 15 years only heard of two bears come out of this zone are 4-17, 4-18 and 4 -19 good luck

I was lucky enough to draw a tag for 417 back in 1999
and was lucky enough to harvest a very nice male that being said 417 is big with a lot of steep and rugged territory for hunting Blackbears and Grizzly
