Snow is the best, its like starting with a clean slate every 15 min if the snow is coming down heavy. Early morning hunt after an evening of snow is ultimate, as the animals never move to far and if you find the tracks your having fun.
Snow
Rain

Do'nt rush your shot, that's when the work starts.
Snow. I don't get paid for plowing rain
Schnee mein Freund, viel schnee...
I like the snow but not to much if there is to much of the white stuff the game animals will suffer big time and even die..

Hunting Elk Is All About Finding Them ,If You Can't Find Them Keep Trying ..
^^ yup, let's manage predators by bringing ungulate populations down. So those that are left all f--kin die in a hard winter.
I think the poll is one of perspective. Do I like rain or snow if I'm going sking? Do I like rain or snow if I live in the LML. It's relative.
I voted rain, but only in the city, I love the snow when hunting
From Oct.31 to Dec.10, I'd say snow. Any other time of year I'd go with rain. Since this is a hunting forum my vote goes to snow
I have a love hate relationship with rain. Great for hunting blacktails but too much when I'm not hunting sucks. Although in Victoria we get less rain than Vancouver so it's not all bad. I like snow, just hate the way other people drive in it.
Rain: the snow sends the deer straight to the private land
I just want a normal winter again. It's looking like I should load my sled up and head to chilliwack if I want to ride without heading to the mountains.... No snow in Prince George, two feet in chilliwack, yeesh....
