    Now that funding has been committed let's guide governments direction in how it is applied so the results are positive.
    Some small isolated caribou populations are too far gone to warrant a viable recovery.
    The money will be better spent making sure that healthy populations continue as such into the future and grow.

    Many agree with you.

    Having said that, even after pops disappears, SARA remains and as a result so does critical habitat protection. Legislation doesn't not allow 'write-off' approach.

    If there were not as many wolves around all the snowmobile trails in the world wouldn't matter..
    -food for thought.
    Good on them- lets start using some of that money today to address the predator concerns.

    Let's hope they do more this time than shoot moose from helicopters so the wolves eat the dead moose and leave the caribou alone.
