I always carry tp in my back pocket because if I see a bear I will throw my pack at it then shit my pants.
calls for the animal I am hunting
a small pouch on my belt holding my spare clip(I don't like carrying it in my pocket because there always seem to get dirt and stuff in my pockets)
a cartridge pouch holding 7 extra cartridges
    hunting knife on belt
    small maglite on belt
    compass
    Gloves
Small squeeze bottle with dry powder for wind check
a small pouch holding replacement reeds
    gps
    matches
    flagging tape
    2 way radio
glasses so I can read my compass or gps
some of this stuff I will carry on the hip belt of my pack sack

Knife on belt, day pack does not have a waist belt. Otherwise everything would be in my pack. And a pocket knife, always have one on me.

Spare truck key is wrapped in electrical tape and zap strapped to an area of the undercarriage that is essentially untouchable (rocks scrapes etc). Obviously the one time I needed it I was in a foot of mud but it sure beat playing survivorman while I looked at my food, backpack and heated (locked) escape pod all night!

Other than than that knife, fire and snacks - psychologically I'm ****ed if I ever have to start eating dandelions!!!

in hunting season there's obviously all that stuff too.

Ive played with better/bigger survival belts/fanny packs but I just seem to omit them more than I use them.

I am horseback nearly always and carry quite a bit. Always have bins and a spotting scope, saddle axe and small saw, ranch rope, topographic map.Never leave without several ways of starting a fire or a rain slicker.Never hunt without wool clothing and a felt hat.

Jeezus, careful out there... You might get mistook for samsquatch.

Surprised how many fellas bring bullets instead of loaded ammo.

Flagging tape, smartphone running osmand and detailed orthos... In addition to obvious things already mentioned like gun ammo knife license tags etc.....
