    Re: Online CORE

i did mine online while in Alberta, took a day to deal with it all, they had the test online so i took care of it all online, then when i came back i transferred it to BC no problem,
my work schedule at the time made it impossible for me to schedule it in a class

    Re: Online CORE

I took the online class in January of this year. I found it informative and easy to follow. The content was direct and clear. graphic and pictures were decent.
I then booked my own exam date with a core examiner. I wrote the exam and passed it in late April. All up it cost around $100.
I already have my firearms licence so I didn't need to do the practical part of the exam.
I would have liked to have a CORE manual to look through ( you don't get one with the online course) but it is not necessary.
I will say that I was well trained in bushcraft, survival/first aid, bird/game identification, etc prior to talking the online course so maybe some of the content was routine for me.
All in all I would recommend the online training.
