I rode the skytrain with my rifle in a pelican case, nobody asked me questions...I did put some fishing stickers on the case for good measure
Unfortunately, the rifles are getting lighter because we are getting heavier and more unfit as a society. This is the key to the mainstream acceptance of the short magnums. - Nathan Foster

That's basically what my reply was. Throw 2 or 3 lockers on and you're golden.

I imagine the difference is that the southern routes are an hour or two aboard, the northern routes are longer, and serve liquor.
The only thing I like as much as trucks, is guns.

Where does the law specify what a gun case should look like?

The key is firearm needs to be unloaded, and locked.

For Transportation purposes (whenever a gun is legally considered to be in transport under c-68/ccc) firearm(s) are not required to be locked.

I think common sense would say that you should lock your firearm if it is being transported on a bus. Especially if it is not with you but stored under the bus with the luggage.
