Good day out today did a 5 km loop and called from 2 stands.First time trying the mantis 75r and it worked! Used coyote challenge call a few times and we had big male come charging out of the tree line at roughly 400 yards!He was to quick for us so no shots but at least I know this caller works.

I got schooled again today...as the usual.
I went to my go-to place and had 3-5 dogs answer immediately after my first female long howl on the Foxpro.....but this time they were on crownland. They immedialtely escalated to challenging me. I waited for a few minutes then went to fawn-in-distress.
No further response so I went to pup in distress as I've have aggressive responses in the past.
that was it. No further communication from them.
Anyone have suggestions? They have owned me the last couple years.

Well your in the action anyway. Went wolf hunting today for a few hours and not a peep. Beauty day though! Sign is there but nothing responded to distress calls.
