    Even if it were legal I think you'd be hard pressed to have this classified as a bow. In its very essence the root meaning of the word bow means to bend. Bows are all powered by their limbs which store energy. Once you get rid of the limbs, you no longer have a bow. This is a high power air rifle that shoots an arrow. I doubt it would be included in archery only seasons and would be governed by whatever laws cover high powered air rifles.

    i wouldnt call it a bow at all. no string to repell the arrows. its a rifle if anything. the on,ly diff is the projectile, and that isnt how they realy define the weapon itself by the ammo

    There's a whole thread on what P&Y classify as a bow.

    Short answer: no to crossbows or anything that's not an actual bow.

    Yeah I know holy thread revival = but my inquiring mind is curious if there are any updates on this airbow?
