    So much for the Whisker biscuit being a full containment rest! Maybe his "Pro shop" sold him crossbow bolts with his new Bowtech!

    I've seen some pictures with the same thing,,,,just brutal! bet ya he's going to be a little more watchful now,,always looking and second guessing the next shot

    He will be picking carbon fiber bits for years. You have to check your arrows, can't be too short that is a given. I don't check mine after every shot like they tell you to do on the arrows, but I check them after every miss or hard impact etc. and I check them all when I get home from shooting always, only takes about 2 minutes. If I miss a 3-D target (very rare) ha ha) I look at the point and see if it is damaged, then I see if the nock backed out a bit and push it forward, I also squeeze the nock to make sure it is not cracked then flex the arrow 3 or 4 times then a visual down the shaft for cracks etc. Can't be to care full.     I dont even understand how you would manage that...does he not have an arrow rest and just shot it in his hand, arrow too short and fell out of the rest... wtf
