Hello all, with our good fortune if having some excess WT deer and maybe even a soon to be MD, was wondering if any one has any Home made deer dinner or breakfast sausage recipes they care to share. We do plan on having 50% deer 25 % each if pork and beef added. What's your secret mix for culinary delete . Care to share? We're looking for non smoke or cured recipes . Thanks in advance.
