    Who can smoke sausage?

    I am planning on making about 140 pounds of sausage. Would anyone know who can smoke it for me?

    would help if we knew where your located. most of the places i know of are concerned about smoking other peoples products, sanitation? prague power#1? as it ultimately reflects on them as a finished product.

    Country Meadows Meats in Pitt Meadows did some
    pep for me a few months back. Nice product. I believe he does sausage as well. Reasonable price.

    I am in Fraser Valley. We use Prague salt #1. So would like hot smoke. I have a large smoker but temperature is very inconsistent or a large amounts.
