    I've floated the Besa from Redfern, and then down the Prophet to PR Campground.

    My biggest piece of advice: go with someone very experienced for this type of trip who knows the river(s). I think I would have been killed if not for the knowledge of our group's leader. Those rivers are fast, deep, and cold.

    Even with a veteran of the river we had a few wild rides. When you're 100 kms from nowhere, you absolutely must make the right decisions.

    would love to do a float hunt...floated many times fishing. this is a web pic of my boat (scadden avengerxx), my thinking is to remove front seat and replace with cargo rack...thoughts?

    Good advice !Never dawned on me as what you see of the Prophet from the highway looks pretty tame.
