Do i buy it for my T3 as a 1st scope?

So I went cheep and got a Vortex Crossfire ii 3-9X40 $219.00 cheep so if I don't like it not a total loss lol.

Ill let you know how it works once I get it to the range on my days off.

I was always told to spend the same if not more on your glass as you did on your rifle.

Of course this has to be taken into perspective..

I started out with a vx-1 and it was a great scope for many years. However I found the need to upgrade and now I have a much better scope and I wish I had bought it from the beginning.

However I will agree that if you can see an animal clear and true at a distance you are comfortable shooting at than your good to go.
