    Looking for a new release

    Quick question.

I have decided to buy a new drop away rest ideal for hunting and have honed in on either the Ripcord code red

or QAD ultra rest pro series

both are new products and appear to contain the arrow very well. I am having a difficult time finding either rest locally (victoria bc).

Any suggestions? any input on the rests? and no. I will not buy a whisker biscuit.

I think both of those are good rests...certianly used by thousands of archers. Another rest to consider is the Trophy Taker Extreme FC Top Slot....pretty well bullet-proof and very easy to tune.

Given a choice (and I've researched both of those rests) I'd buy the QAD Ultra rest.

Give Richard a call at Bucky's in Duncan....800-667-7270

I'd be willing to bet that he'll have one.

What bow are you shooting ? The last years quad rest didn`t drop fast enough for a high speed bow.
