LOL. Back in those days I was awfully reluctant to leave one of my very cherished custom arrows behind.
That one ran through a good sized dry doe, and ended up where it ended up.
Made note of that, then went after the munchies.
By the time the two old guys got done dragging her back up the hill, she weighed approximately 27 Hundred Pounds!
Puffing like old draft horses!
Had to get the arrow back, would not screw off the broadhead, so...
Ended up marking the tree for falling asap, and still to this day that arrow and broadhead have adorned a special spot in the dungeon
