Wholesale Sports 10% reduction for members of BCWF in July....confusion

This morning I tried to get the July 10% BCWF reduction at my nearest WSS Store.
Sales clerks said no way since I did not have a big green BCWF card with my member number on it.
I did have my up to date local Rod and Gun Club membership with BCWF stamped on it in large letters.
So I am a member of the BCWF.....and have the free magazine to prove it.

The sales clerks had a memo from their head office that displayed the only acceptable card.
It is the green one issued directly by BCWF.
They could not be swayed.
I retreated to the Gun Counter to explain my problem and the guys there quickly saw to it that I got the discount.

Appears to be a communication problem BCWF....WSS HQ....WSS stores.

I'm good with that..... but my club membership card issued to me when I renewed my membership is all that I have.
Last membership card I received directly from BCWF expired 12-05.
Is my local club supposed to issue one to me?
Do I contact BCWF directly for a card?

It should come directly from the fed office in the package that contains all the other membership information, bumper sticker and Marks discount card.

It was in my ATV with the insurance stuff.
