2016 grouse population

How come you won't harvest any?

We always have too much food on hand and it's the first year I've seen this abundance of grouse in my area so might as well let the numbers grow a little.
My dog was flushing some grouse too so now I don't feel like shooting them on the ground anymore.
Also they just stood there and we took pictures pretending to shoot them, they wouldn't move.
So you might just call them back camp chickens.

do you need tags for grouse in region 2? i have not seen that in the book or online..
or did i miss the joke

You don't need tags for region 2. Only for region 3 and 5. Good luck.
