High end cooler,Yeti, Grizzly, Orion? What do you use?

Gatehouse, that's pretty much what my grandfather and I are about to build before our elk trip. We want to build a big ass cooler system that sits in the back of his truck as opposed to bringing 3 or 4 150qt coolers that may not hold all of the meat we plan to bring him home (fingers crossed on getting the meat!!).
What foam did you use to seal it? Is it food safe?

I just used hardware store spray expanding foam. I doubt it's clsssed as good safe but it never made contact with the meat anyway. Might want to let it off gas for some time before use though.

Get a half fish tote. They work really well.
