unfortunately small archery shops can`t afford to have one of each bow as a demonstrater . and shooting every bow in the store really is unrealistic . even big shops like the calgary archery centre do not do that . i sold bows for a number of years and i had one duel cam and a single cam as a demonstrater .

I'm not saying one has to buy from them but in my experience I have gone into Cabelas with a newbie at my side and pointed to a bow and asked if newbie could shoot it and whoever was there agreed and set the bow up and allowed newbie to shoot it...now I know that Cabelas usually only carries middle of the line and down but they do have a variety and for a newbie to get a feel...just sayin
