    Looking for recipes using Morton Tender Quick

    I finally got my hands on some Morton Tender Quick and I'm interested to see sausage recipes or sources of recipes that other members have tried.
    I have a couple basic venison pepperoni and summer sausage recipes to try but would like to review more.

    Where can you get Morton Tender Quick? It's used as a cure for jerky but I have never seen it in Kelowna.

    stuffers supply has Mortons tender quick, they are in Langley but have an online store
