would depend on the size of the grinder and size you want to grind it to, and if your blades are sharp. I started doing it once 30 years ago and decided to take it some where and get it done

it won't take more then an hour but your plate on the grinder is important..too small of a plate and you are bound up by sinew all the time...my experience is too use a large plate course grind.

An hour and a bit with two people and a couple beer breaks!
hook a drill up to it.
Only 50 pounds ? Maybe an hour for 3 grinds, allowing for a couple of plate cleanings.

Thanks for the help guys.
I'm a mechanic and I have a 18 volt 1/2 impact pushing out 600ft lbs of torque. Would that work ? Haha!!!

Just did 3lbs+ fat in less than 10 minutes for tonight's Venison burgers and meatballs for tomorrow night. That's with my #10 cheapo Cabela's model with a 3/16" plate. I find it easier to grind slightly frozen meat, it seems to go through my plate a bit easier. Beer helps too.
