Interesting video... Using air compressor to skin deer

I was on the internet googling skinning/butchering deer as I am a newbie. I came across this video and thought it was interesting. I wished there were comments below to see if people actually do this? Seems very simple as I have a barn to hang and air compressor to do that. For my first few I will do I will skin the old fashion way versus this fancy way. But I still thought it was interesting!

Why didn't the air blow out the bullet hole?

it really didn't seem to save any time to me...about 3 years ago I learned to do most of the skinning without a knife.... just use a pointy fist with your thumb at the side..push in and turn...works fantastic to not cut the hide and to keep the meat undamaged..I was skeptical until I tried it

It's pretty common way of skinning lambs in slaughterhouses. I've seen it done on cows, too, but it's a bit more effort.
Knowledgeable shooters agree- The 375 Ruger is the NEW KING of all 375 caliber cartridges. ALL HAIL THE NEW KING!

Just for fun, I tried this on a grouse for the hell of it. ripped some feathers out of the breast, cut a small hole and hooked up my weak air compressor. It definitely helped remove the skin, but probably not worth the time with a grouse.

do you know the step on the wings and pull the feet method?

only thing is the grouse needs to still be warmish and I always retrieve the legs (it is definitely worth grabbing the legs on bigger ones)
