Sheep Slam

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if someone has the Sheep Grand Slam with a Bow in one year? Has it ever been done..... Just asking?

Go for it! Dennis Dunn has the complete North American Big Game slam with a barebow but that was completed over a number of years. Check out his book called BareBow for sale at VantagePoint Outfitters.

Ask on Bowsite forum. I think there was one of two guys that did it quickly, and likely more. Jake Ensign and Jimmy Ryan come to mind and who knows who else but don't think it was within a calendar year. The question I'd have is why anyone would want to rush through these hunts?

Jake, recent post on Bowsite: The (first) Desert Bighorn was killed on 02/04/2008. The Dall was killed on 07/15/2008. The bighorn was killed in early August.....about the 8th or the 9th.... The (fourth) Stones Ram was killed on 08/26/2008. These dates are from memory, so I could be off by a couple days either way. But that will get you close.....
