Paul Lake Car Topper Boat Launch

Went for a drive this evening to see what the open water condition of Paul Lake was doing. I usually launch at the west (Paul Creek) end of the lake, but damn if BC Parks hasn't closed this launch area off with "no posts". Does anyone know if this little launch is on Park Land, I always thought the Park land started when you went thru that little wooden gate/fence.
