Thanks so much for your thoughts ! I breasted out the bird and just made a soup broth with the rest because I heard the legs are I edible if you roast them whole. The parts are all in the freezer so I can't report just yet how it tastes. First batch if company I get will be the guinea pigs ! Glad to hear there's enough turkey's out there for me to try again. Off to decipher the synopsis now since time is running out to put in my draws, first year I'm trying this...yikes !

Great Bird! Really trying to find the time for some Spring Hunting (Bear or Turkey), but between yard work, the kids soccer, karate and mother's day hard to fit it in! I say mother's day because a friend and I had a Bear Hunt planned for this weekend as we had forgotten about MD.
