Got my draw! headed up last weekend, saw lots of snow and no new grass. Not a single local I spoke to even saw a blackie yet, and the parks have only had one G-bar report thus far. Anybody know when these Revvy critters get out of bed?

grizzlies are out without a doubt.

Lots of bears up there .. glass south facing slides cover a decent amount of ground and you should run into lots.
Most should be out now, but, within the next two weeks for sure. I agree, look for them on old slides on south slopes and wherever the snow melts first.
Thanks guys, any help is much appreciated! Now... Anyone have a boat?
Does the loggers have the road open for better access ?
no logging on the west side this year. boat and snow shoes or a quad with tracks.

Look for any green pocket in the backcountry and anywhere low that is lush. They loves skunk cabbage shoots! They're out.
