have they even shot a bow and arrow, most likely not.
and they also weren't around in those olden days to really know just how they were shooting their bows.

I wouldn't call lars a "trick-shot" archer at all.
if anything, he's the most realistic, more like what you'd actually "need" to be able to do in survival scenarios.
target shooters pretty much know how to hit something that doesn't move and is in a completely controlled environment, who wants to watch a video on that boring crap, it's simply glorified darts.
this guy could kill an army of attacking ninjas.
