Any one have any info for hanging only for buffalo anywhere between the forts would work I guess. I believe Won was on here and did hanging only but has been removed due to some less than favorable reviews!

In LML been happy with Beltrame (can recommend) but in planning to take LEH moose there in two weeks been told that may not have room and will tell us the day we are there which is a little impractical...

Recommendations for Moose butcher plan B? As long as in LML all good or for that matter between there and 7-8.

Also tried Nicola Valley but currently not accepting game (mentioned refrigeration problems and short staffing), he did mention another cutter (who has had mixed feedback).

FYI Manny's place is Country Meadows Meats. He is good and not expensive. I just wish he would stop telling me my deer are too small

My family had been using sumas meats for over 20 years are are very happy with them. Like sarg said it's a busy place. We've seen 5 truck lineups to pick/drop meat off/up so we always call ahead and give them as much notice as possible.

I'm also a big supporter of Sumas meats and been using them since I was a teen. I used to live two farms down from a butcher and I still drove 30mins to go to sumas meats.
