Hi everyone. I was wondering fi anyone has had good experience with bear meat in the lm or fraser valley? Im mostly interested in sausage and pepperoni. Can anyone recommend a game cutter who makes decent bear snacks? Thx everyone

Can anyone help me out. My butcher has his shop closed this season. I need a good butcher, within a a few hours from Kamloops. I don't mind travelling and I don't mind paying as long as its cut nice. I am leaving moose hunting September 11th and will be back around the mid to end of September and it's usually still warm out. So I need this planned a head of time. Please help 😊

I use and am always happy with Interior Cut Rite...Carl makes some great sausage. He does get super slammed, but he won't be super busy right now, quality should be top notch
