Not sure Chilako Meats just west of Prince George has been mentioned in this thread before, but I figured an update is worthwhile. 2 buddies & I had a moose done last week and they did a fine job. Only slight hiccup was they were running low on meat hooks when we showed up so we had to hook 2 quarters each on 2 hooks when we dropped it off. Young fella said they had a lot of elk come in that week. We were pleased with the result. When we arrived to pick it up on the way home a week after dropping it off it was well packaged & frozen, bill split into 3 for our convenience. My 2 friends are from the island & it made more sense to have a cutter do the work rather than deal with hauling unfrozen quarters all that way.

    Re: Bear butcher: Kelowna Area

I am back after taking a 3 year hiatus to focus on family and school. I went to TRU for meat cutting and am currently living in New Denver, if anyone needs a cut/wrap in the area.

    Dease Lake anybody?

How do people on fly-in hunts do it? Freezer in the back of their truck?
Is Justin Competent, or just incompetent?

Anybody know any meat cutters in the Squamish area? Mobile cutters would work
