    blacktail movement/ location

hey im trying to fill another tag before the winter comes in full swing here , i spent the year looking at mule deer in open country and alpine areas. i was hoping to get or at least see some region 2 blacktail beofre the 15th rolls around.
im just wondering if anyone can tell me how blacktail s feel about open terrain. i was hopping to climb into some subalpine around chilliwack to hope. and get on to some bt. but ive been reading and it seems that tnhey might stick to the big woods all the time/? do i have a chance while spot and stalking snowy subalpine or should i get into the woods and still hunt? any help is appreciated thanks!

Blacktails are a piece of cake. If you can kill a Muley you got it made with BT's
A Pine needle falls. An Eagle sees it. A Deer hears it. A Bear smells it
