Use wax paper if you can not find butcher. Save on overwaitea. Or superstore.

Heh, heh... well that would be hard I am going to get the antlers (and a pic). I debone in the field and leave the rest for the critters. Last I saw (binoculars) as the sun was going down was a monster black bear and her 3 cubs enjoying the repast. I watched her cross the field then stop in her tracks where the buck fell and followed the drag trail like a shot arrow right to the forest edge and in where I dragged and deboned. The cubs were right behind her double time. Anyone else seen this bear usually at the back of fields from about the cut off to Anglers Trail and Somers Rd to the end (for Port Albernians)? Wow... she is huge and would rival a grizzly for size. Good luck out there... thanks for info on butcher paper.
