How is the deer hunting in area 2-18 East side Harrison lake area? I know its steep landscape.
Go up the coq. By the time you get to ok hunting up Harrison you could already be hunting the coq

Imagine my surprise to see my old thread resurrected.
A friend of mine who just started hunting last season has been wrestling with just this question. I am going to direct him here.

Spent the last 3 weekends going up the Coq and seeing does but no bucks. Went 20min from home this morning and saw a big 2 point. Tough country to hunt though. Not sure which is better.
