I have an old original one a friend gave me. I haven't done much with it, mostly cheese when I buy a 5 lbs block. I works ok I found it seems to unseal or loose the vacum sometims in the freezer

Thats ehy I love the chambet sealers..2..two heat seals...doubled sealed 99.7 % air removed with 4 ml comercial grade bag material..there is not a unit that will do better...bigger comercial up to 16,000k but for 1k...do50 bags ...per hour...moose is done in 1.5 hrs da da
