Hehe. It was not my intention to get it quite this close, the foxpro was not close to me so it was just curious what the camera sounds was I guess. I was behind some big rocks and he turned as soon as that photo was taken. The scandinavian bears are quite nice. Not aggressive. last 20 years 8 people has been attacked by bears in Scandinavia, none died and all attacks was during bear hunting.

It is still a big animal that you should take seriously.

Are you not the Norwegian dude that wanted to film a houndsman treeing a cougar or something like that?
Now is the season.

Fantastic photo !! I guided a couple fellows from Norway last spring , it sounded like these bears were far and few between? Do you see them often? Thanks for sharing. I also called in a grizzly sow with 3 cubs for them using the fox pro with cub in distress. Never seen guys get so excited lol.
