Region 3 White tails

I thought that it was changed to 2 White tails (either sex)? Looking at the regs on line and I dont see this....?

You looking at the 2014 to 2016 regs? I just double checked thinking maybe there was an addendum but I see no changes to region 3.

This is exactly what I saw the first time I did a search, but then I pulled up the page a different way, and got the updated version I posted earlier. Strange. A bit of a glitch in the online system me thinks.
