    JD - My Lewellin

Bird Season opens here tomorrow...can't wait to get out with JD, my Lewellin... He's a pointing fool.... Here's a couple photos I took last week. He's matured into a very nice dog... He's about 2 1/2 years old now.

Very nicely muscled and a good athletic look to him. I guess in short, that is a gorgeous dog! I don't see too many setters with a leg lift like that, is it more common than I know of ?

If there is a prettier breed of dog, I haven't seen it. How is he on retrieves?
