Black or Grizzly cubs?

Black bears, too big of ears for grizz cubs. Face is not that concave and grizz cubs have pronounced concave face.

I don't want to post a bunch of cub picts, but google the cubs of both. Grizz cubs have small ears, blackies have much bigger ears.

I agree with Sitka. The face doesn't look right. The Griz cubs I've seen in the wild at that age seem to have an almost white V on their chest too.

D, due to the fact that you'll be moving (house) on September 1st, did you need someone to hang a stand in there and watch the lick for you? LOL I know you really wanted to sell your house, but the timing sucks.

And you hear that timing is everything,, this is possibly the worst timing ever,, sell the house and move Sept 1st.. being an archer i can't think of what could possibly be worse, in 25 yrs i have never missed opening of archery season,,
the stand is going in on that lick next week, so your SOL , JT.

I checked my cams last week while I was back. 2200 images of elk on one cam (lots of repeat customers), 1280 on another.... 480 on another, I have 6 out in total. My stands are hung and I get back in country a week and a half before the hunt.
