This is a classic example why we need more CO's and stewardship programs in place.. What a huge waste of game animals AND blatant breaking of the laws.

Unfortunately the penalties were negotiated ... The fines could have been more in keeping with the cost of a sheep hunt...
Same keeping of meat laws....Same 6 hr. private flight laws....... Same no misleading info to CO laws..... Nonetheless the hunting bans were appropriate...
