    A few years ago, we fished Lesser Slave Lake and ate walleye almost every day. One day we had walleye for all 3 meals, all were cooked in a different way. Goooood stuff.
    I don't get why some people don't like slough sharks. They can be very tasty when cooked properly. I think it would be very good if you added some type of spice before drying.

    I will try different ways, i just wanted to try it plain so I had a baseline to work with

    i think ink even just a dusting of ssalt or back eddies would be great.
