I watched this about a month ago, and I plan to use that squeeze-gutting method from now on. It is quick enough that I can gut them right away before throwing them in my pack and then continuing the hunt. This will reduce weight in my pack and reduce workload at the end of the day. I suspect the quality of the meat will increase as well.
