Shot my first turkey this week. Awesome more addicted to them than before.

I understand region 8 I am allowed one in spring one in fall.
Region 4 has the same season I can not see a provincial restriction I would like to go to region 4 in a week as far as I have read there is no provincial limit just regional? So I can harvest another bird.
Any thoughts.

Sorry call me greedy but my thought is I have cabin fever. Open season.free trip. Why would I pass?

Ps those are the besy cleanest tasting birds on the planet.
Hope they become more plentiful.

Check out page 16 of the regs, it does say there is a provincial bag limit on turkey's of 1 with an asterisk beside it? Then it say to check the regional bag limit?? Does this mean on per season....spring and fall?

a little confusing, but my guess is no.....I would check with a CO.

Oh ya, you have turkey fever not cabin fever! Sorry there is no cure.

Congratulations on your bird but where's the story & pics ?

The bag limit is 2...one in the spring & one in the fall. They can be in the same M.U.

Reading page 16 says refer to regional limits.
Reading region 8 under turkey it say the aggregate regional bag limit is 2 and only one may be taken during each open season.
Then region 4 says the aggregate bag limit is 2 only one in the spring and one in the fall. With a * signalling regional.
I am not greedy just had a great time and would like to play some more.
I will call and ask intent as to me it is as clear as mud and I would not like to interpret something to my gain and not understand intent of reg.
I will ask tomorow.

The regs are clear - 2 turkeys per license year. 1 in spring season, 1 in fall.
