    Bow makers on the island?

Anyone know of any bowyers on Vancouver Island that make recurves?

Hey Witco , I don`t know if Empress Mountain Bows are still around . Check-Mate is near Port Alberni and I suggest visiting them to get anything done as their organizational atibutes are greatly lacking . Also Greg Birtwhistle makes nice recurves .
    Cheers

My father and I make longbows. We're on the mainland though but if you're interested in knowing more, please feel free to message me.
i just started working on a website and it's not ready yet but once it's up I will be advertising it here for local archers to check out!

Or you could take one of Jamie's workshops and make your own longbow... I did the course last year and ended up with a really nice selfbow. http://www.ravenbeak.com/standard-bow-workshop.html
