Wildview TEK 24 6MP Game Camera

Have an opportunity to pick up a couple of these at a fairly reasonable price.

Canadian Tire usually has cameras that are made strickly for chain store. The Spypoint IR-6 is a camera only found at CT and a few chain stores down in the US. The WV TEK 24 is probably no different than their TK30, except the number of emitters.

i was in crappy tire today, but was looking at the stealthcam.
$250 regular, but on 50% off $125.
held off though to look at everything i can on youtube first.

I've been looking at the wildviews also.
one thing I found today, that pertains to many models of many makes, is the red and the green light that they have.
the green is just to warn you when you first start it that it's about to start and you should step clear.
but the red, it's the low battery warning light.
they made a good point as to that being a very stupid idea.
it totally gives away your cameras location if it starts lights up.
that would alert animals, but even worse, would show anyone nearby your tcam.

Sometimes a "deal" simply ain't all you thought it might be, and after reading a few reviews, methinks I'll pass on this one...
