    Venison sausages, but never have seen a venison wiener (frankfurter).

    I have had them, but they were called European wieners and l didn't make them, although l supplied the venison. The outfit l have process my game made them up for me and they were excellent.

    I had my little whity made into euro weiners last fall by a local german butcher. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I think says it all!!!!

    wieners are harder to make at home unless u have the proper equipment at home...u pretty much need a silent cutter....

    had a bunch of european wieners made with our mule and whitetails along with jalapeno chedder smokies, i'd strongy reccomend them both. use a lot of cheese it's the best part. go great over the fire or bbq.cheers
