    My oldest's first waterfowl hunt/tag-along

So I took 2 of the 3 ladies in my house out for an evening shoot lastnight. My Oldest thoroughly enjoyed setting up the spread and the blinds. We had a couple early flocks on the second one we managed a double triple or a Quintuple and a single, I'd wager on the second of the too. Then it went quiet for almost an hour before all h#ll broke loose, but not before my daughter fell asleep in the blind, and proceeded to sleep through 7 shots. All in all we managed to finish with 14 lards on a 7/7 split suzies vs drakes.
    Here's some pics

    That's a good hunt!
1st Im in charge, and if not Matt is. Your job is to sign checks, tell us we're doing good and open your case of scotch after a good day. 2nd my fee. You can keep it, all I want in exchange for my service is the right to hunt all the drakes. A male. Buck only. Why and how are my business. If you don't like it, go alone. Set up right here or in a swamp or in the middle of a noshoot field for all I care. I've been on too many duck hunts with rich dentists to listen to any more suicidal ideas. Ok?

Tony, you've seen him shoot. You already know the answer! Fields are bone dry, drove around a harvested potato field in 2wd today no probs. Big storm coming and taking the morning off to spank a few!

    Great shoot sir~!

I started out as the bird dog when I was about 7 or so. That was 40 years ago now. First license at 11. Nice to get the kids out.
