Definitely a packboard show and hard on the knees and back. Worth every bit of the effort. This guy was rolling in fat and was by far the best tasting of any Mule deer buck I have ever had the good fortune to tag. I love hunting the high country in early September.

I haven't shot a mule deer since 2005; shot a few a few blacktails since and now have a new love....whitetails.
